Start with your practice

Start with a specific need. Use this guide to prepare a conversation with your team and potential suppliers.

  • Which situation is difficult to organise in your practice today?
  • Which clinician will prepare and direct the sessions?
What else does the guide cover?
  • Check equipment and space. Ask the supplier to show the setup you would use. Do not assume a headset is included with the software license.
  • Bring these questions to your demo. Ask to see a complete workflow: prepare, direct and review a session. Record what you have seen and what remains unconfirmed.
  • Compare the full cost. Compare the same number of headsets over the same period. Separate the subscription from physical equipment and additional costs.
  • Turn your demo into a decision. Agree on a decision with the people who will use the platform. Write down outstanding questions and review the terms before subscribing.

This is a purchasing and planning guide. It is not a clinical protocol or treatment recommendation.
