For teams

VR software for clinics

Several clinicians in session at the same time, each with their own account and permissions, on one per-practice rate. Opening a second room does not double the bill.

What changes with a team

When you are not working alone

Simultaneous sessions

The Clinic plan includes 4 devices active at once and takes up to 6 more; Enterprise starts at 10. Each extra device is a flat $69 a month, the same across all three plans, so opening a second room does not change the shape of the invoice.

Users with permissions

Clinicians sign in with their own account and the role decides what each one sees: who can launch a session, who reaches a patient's history, who touches billing. Nobody shares a practice password, which is what happens when the software does not account for it.

One catalogue for everyone

Clinical content does not change between plans: every scenario is included in any plan, the cheapest one too. What scales is devices, users and support. There are no scenarios that unlock by paying more.

Data isolated per practice

Isolation is per practice at the database level and encryption keys are per practice, not global. EU-hosted servers (Ireland and Germany), with a data processing agreement your data protection officer can sign.

What is not packaged

Said up front, not on the last call

  • Aggregated multi-site billing. Can be arranged, scoped by contract, not a standard feature. If you run several sites, raise it in the first conversation.
  • Single sign-on with a corporate directory. Not available as standard today. Scoped by contract on Enterprise. If your IT department requires it to buy, it has to be settled before signing.
  • A US entity or US-specific compliance paperwork. We are a European company and clinical data stays in the European Union. That is a strong privacy position and it also means European support hours. If your framework needs a vendor agreement we cannot sign, better to know now.
  • Practice-management integrations. No scheduling, no electronic health record, no billing system connectors. VRET handles the VR session and its clinical record; the rest of your stack stays where it is.
By size

Where your practice fits

Two to four clinicians sharing a room and a headset: the Clinic plan, from $289 a month, is sized for exactly that.

A larger group, several rooms or several sites: Enterprise, which is where the pieces above get scoped. That conversation is with our clinical advisor, not with a sales script.

A single practitioner: you do not need this page. The independent-practitioner plan covers it from $119 a month.

Frequently asked

What a practice director asks us

Do we need one headset per clinician?

No — one per simultaneous session. If there are four of you but you never run exposure at the same time, one or two covers it. The Clinic plan includes 4 active devices precisely so nobody buys more than they need, and the headset is the property of the practice.

We have several sites. Is billing aggregated?

It can be arranged, but it is not packaged: multi-site management with aggregated billing is scoped by contract, case by case. We say it up front because it is the kind of thing that surfaces on the last call and derails a purchase timeline. If you run several sites, it is the first question to put on the table in the demo.

Is there single sign-on with our corporate directory?

It is not available as a standard feature today and we are not going to say otherwise. It is one of the pieces scoped by contract on the Enterprise plan. If your IT department requires it as a condition of purchase, it needs handling before signing, not after.

What happens to the records if a clinician leaves?

The clinical record belongs to the practice, not to the user. When you deactivate a clinician their sessions stay in the patient's history and access ends with the account. Full export of your data in an open format is guaranteed by contract, including in the event that we shut down.

Can we try it before committing the whole team?

Yes, and that is the sensible order. In the demo we walk through whichever scenario interests you with the controls visible and no headset required. After that, every plan carries a 30-day guarantee with a full refund and no minimum-usage conditions, so the real trial happens in your practice with your patients.

Half an hour with the clinical advisor

Bring the questions from the list above. If something we do not package is a hard requirement for you, that half hour is where it comes out — not three weeks into a purchase process.
