01Identify the product you use today
Historical XRHealth material refers to both Psious and Amelia Virtual Care. An older reference does not necessarily describe the price, support or catalog available to purchase now. Check the provider on your contract and the product being offered.
Record your device count, renewal conditions and essential functions. This helps avoid comparing a legacy licence with a proposal that covers a different scope.
02Check equipment and scenarios before replacing a tool
Confirm the headset model you have and its compatibility with an alternative. Running one platform does not establish that the device can run every other platform.
List the scenes you need and ask to see them. A VRET demo shows its catalog and clinician controls; another provider’s environments do not transfer with a new subscription.
03Preserve previous documentation
Before closing an account, check how to export and preserve practice material. Session records, your own documents and provider content may have different export conditions.
Test the new workflow with the equipment you intend to use and decide how future sessions will be documented. Compare current functionality and terms rather than relying on a historical brand name.

Are Psious, Amelia and VRET the same company?
VRET is a separate platform. Historical XRHealth documentation mentions Psious and Amelia; ask your contracted provider to identify your current solution.
Can I reuse my headset when switching from Psious?
Only after checking the model and VRET requirements. Compatibility is not guaranteed simply because the headset ran another platform.
Does VRET reproduce my old catalog?
An identical catalog is not promised. Review the currently available scenes and their controls in a demo.
