Standard Pro

1,150 € / year · excluding tax

Standard is software: the practice supplies a compatible headset. Assisted Standard Pro includes an initial Meta Quest 3S according to the accepted offer; renewals do not include another headset. Model, equipment value H, delivery and conditions are shown before contracting.

The demo lasts 30 minutes. Remote setup and basic training include up to 3 hours per customer, scheduled with the team. Courtesy access may be zero months and follows the accepted offer.

The first subscription has a 30-day guarantee from usable activation; for Pro, after conforming headset receipt when needed to use it. No minimum usage. Equipment returns and shipping follow the contract; renewal or expansion does not restart the guarantee.

You can prevent renewal from the dashboard before expiry. Prices are honoured during the accepted term; changes for later periods require 60 days' notice. Standard prepaid settlement and Pro returns follow the contract.

Is my patient data secure?

Use pseudonymous references and keep the identity mapping separately. These remain personal data; avoid names and identifiers in notes and support. We apply practice access controls and sign a DPA; support access is limited and logged under the contract.
