The public catalogue lists 265 scenario controls. Each scenario page explains the available adjustments and their ranges so you can assess it before booking a demo.
Depending on the scenario, you can adjust height, turbulence, audience size or ambient sound. The available settings are shown on the scenario page; the clinician chooses how to use them.

The published catalogue has 9 clinical pages: 6 with the scenario running in production and 3 still in build with the clinical page published ahead of it. We label the two differently on every card, so you can distinguish available scenarios from planned additions.
Beyond the phobia scenarios there are guided relaxation and breathing environments, and sustained-attention tasks. The attention ones are training tasks: they are not diagnostic tests, they do not assess ADHD and they are not normed against a reference population.
The licence. From $119/month includes a licence for one headset and unlimited team members. Each extra headset licence costs $69/month, up to ten headsets. Hardware and applicable taxes are extra. Software pricing and conditions.
The headset. Bought separately, from the manufacturer or any retailer, at whatever it costs in your market — we do not sell hardware and we do not mark it up. It stays the property of your practice: if you stop being a customer, the device is still yours. We recommend the Meta Quest 3; Meta Quest 3S, Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest Pro also work.
There is no setup, per-session or per-patient charge. For more than ten headsets or several sites, discuss the scope and pricing with us before committing.
Self-managed infrastructure in the European Union, with an encrypted backup also held in the EU. For a practice outside Europe that is worth weighing honestly: EU hosting is a strong privacy position, and it also means support runs on European hours and we hold no US-specific compliance paperwork. If your framework requires a vendor agreement we cannot sign, better to know now.
The catalogue includes sustained-attention tasks that clinicians can review when planning their work. The clinician assesses suitability, supervises the activity and reviews the records. These are attention exercises, not diagnostic or norm-referenced ADHD tests; they do not replace clinical assessment.
No, and we do not sell them. The practice buys its headset separately. Meta Quest 3 is the reference device; confirm the model, software version and connection requirements before buying equipment. What you pay us is the software licence, and it is per practice, with a license fee per additional headset.
No. A clinician supervises the session, selects the scenario and adjusts its available controls from a browser. VRET supports professional practice; it is not a self-therapy programme or a substitute for clinical judgement.
Self-managed infrastructure in the European Union, with an encrypted backup also held in the EU. Session records and clinical notes stay in that infrastructure. The full detail, including the sub-processors, is in the privacy policy.
Setup depends on your equipment and practice. In the demo we review the headset, browser and connection requirements. Before working with a patient, allow time to learn the controls and assess whether the scenario fits your clinical plan.
Then it is not there, and we will tell you in the demo rather than after you sign. The catalogue distinguishes available scenarios from scenarios in preparation. Check the current scenario status; a published information page does not mean the scenario can be launched.
Tell us what presentations you see and we will check whether the catalogue covers them. If it does not, we will say so in that half hour and there will be no second call.
